The 27-year-old from Athlone was originally given a chair in the 6 Chair Challenge after performing his rendition of
Mercy.

However mentor Simon Cowell later swapped him for one of the other contestants in a dramatic turn of events.

However the performance of the night would have to go to Jennifer Phillips who sang
