Coronation Street fans reckon they have figured out Gary Windass' next victim.

The builder was behind the Underworld roof collapse, in which Rana Habib lost her life earlier this year. He has also murdered loan shark Rick Neelan. And amid all the other drama going on in Weatherfield at the moment, Corrie fans reckon Gary has a new character in his sights: Ali Neeson. Gary has recently fallen for Ali's ex, Maria Connor, which led to him falling out with the doctor. And after Gary's reaction when he found out that Ali and Maria shared a kiss on Monday night's episode, viewers are very worried for Ali.

It comes as the soap revealed that another character will soon find themselves in the crosshairs: Adam Barlow. There are tumultuous times ahead for both Adam and Sarah and Ali and Maria as Gary threatens to destroy both relationships, taking Adam and Ali down in the process After losing Sarah to Adam, Gary is determined to take his revenge, and when Adam starts prying into Gary’s dodgy dealings Gary decides it’s time he took him down a peg or two. Gary may still have feelings for Sarah, and be burdened by guilt, but she crossed him and left him with nothing. The former squaddie’s life has taken a turn since then but a scorned Gary makes a very dangerous enemy and Adam needs to watch his back.
