En Vogue have just announced a gig in Vicar St, Dublin on April 6th, 2017.
Most of us would have grown up listening En Vogue. Even if you can't rememeber them too well you will definitely recall holding up a hairbrush and singing along to Don't Let Go and My Lovin (You're Never Gonna Get it).
Tickets for their show are €35 and go on sale Friday, February 10th at 9am through Ticketmaster and usual outlets nationwide.
En Vogue are recognised as one of the top 5 highest selling American female music groups in history, having sold over 20 million albums, amassing over 30 million streams and over 26 million YouTube views on their top 6 hit singles alone.
The group released their sixth album in 2016, Electric Café, which explores a variety of sounds, like electric guitars on Oceans Deep, yet stays true to their signature sound on the harmonious, Déjà Vu.
Speaking about performing on stage they said, "We find total freedom and fulfilment when we hit the stage. It’s the ultimate connection with our fans. It’s about the energy you receive, the love, and the reciprocation from the message in the music."
Let's take a trip down memory lane and listen back to some of their classics:
