This is a (bizarre) must-watch. Johnny Depp and his wife Amber Heard have had to make a serious apology video by Australian authorities for breaking their strict biosecurity laws last May. The couple had smuggled their dogs Boo and Pistol into the country, and Heard had made a false statement about the two Yorkshire terrier on her travel documentation. Australia's biosecurity laws are rigid, and the couple made the video after Heard was given a $1000 good behaviour bond for her total breach of the rules. It was then released by Deputy Prime Minister Barnaby Joyce on his Facebook page, and it makes for a very strange watch. They look like they aren't too happy about having to do it. Heard starts out:"Australia is free of many pests and diseases that are commonplace around the world. That is why Australia has to have such strong biosecurity laws,” Depp adds: "Australians are just as unique, both warm and direct. When you disrespect Australian law, they will tell you firmly,” Depp continued, really trying to get on the good side of those he had BETRAYED.
