Suki Waterhouse has revealed her favourite part of parenting alongside Robert Pattinson, and it’s so sweet

Speaking to Today, as part of their 8 before 8 series, the actress said her favourite part of parenting is “just getting the baby in the pool”.

She went on to explain: “We have a routine of putting her in the swimming pool and jumping in and out of the pool.

“That’s just always like the most fun. End of the day 5:00 pm we all get in the pool and be silly. It’s amazing.”

Suki sat down with Vogue back in September and spoke of the ‘humbling’ experience that parenting is and how her partner Robert Pattinson is an amazing dad.

The singer spoke of her relationship with Robert Pattinson and simply said: "He’s the greatest."

She praised him for being there for her from the very beginning, despite being nervous to become a new dad.

“He was there with me and like all dads, he was really nervous,” Suki told Vogue, “but for someone who’s quite an anxious person, he’s been very calm.” 

She went on to say that he is “the dad I could have hoped for. I mean a dad and his daughter? It’s an actual love story.”

Waterhouse also spoke about her unique approach to pregnancy, opting to simply “go with the flow” instead of rushing and over-preparing for baby’s arrival.

“I really had no concept that there was a baby inside me,” she previously told Vogue.

“Like, I knew that was the case, but I was like, ‘What do you mean? That’s insane.’” Her sister Immy added.

“She approached pregnancy and motherhood the way she does to most things in life; with an almost confusing nonchalance and go-with-the-flow attitude, and all of that calm has transferred to the baby  - she’s a true chiller.”

After sticking to her plan of minimal preparation, Waterhouse said her first impressions of motherhood were “shocking in every way.”

Taking to Instagram, she told her followers: "The fourth trimester has been … humbling! 

“The postpartum period has been filled with exhilarating joy, so much laughter, tears, soo many hormones! I’m proud of everything my body has achieved and proud of the kindness and grace I’ve given myself during this recovery period."
