Deen, who was often praised for being an outspoken feminist and supporter of women’s rights in the industry has denied the allegations, but since Stoya’s announcement, at least nine more women have come forward claiming they were sexually assaulted by Deen both on and off-set.
An investigation is ongoing.
The porn actor was nominated for ‘Best Male Performer’ - but missed out on the award on the night. According to Time Magazine, the actor said of the nomination:
“Male performer of the year—that’s kind of all I care about.
