She will make her skating debut this weekend.
Dancing On Ice kicked off last weekend, but Maura Higgins has to wait until this Sunday to show off her skills. However, since there seems to be a curse on dancing show contestants (we all know the rumours of the
Strictly curse), Maura has been quizzed on whether it will effect her relationship with her boyfriend, Curtis Pritchard.
People seem to think that Curtis will get jealous of Maura's skating partner, Alexander Demetriou, but the Longford beauty said there's nothing to worry about.
Speaking on
Loose Women, the reality spoke of Alexander, saying: "We spend every single day together, we have to get on.
"I don’t think he worries. I’m lucky because Curtis is from the dancing world so he knows you need to have a connection."
She went on to explain that even though the couple don't spend that much time together due to their busy work schedules, they're still always there for each other.
"I think the both of us support one and other. We don’t see each other as much as we’d hope. We’re busy but because we are in the same industry we understand each other."
