The clip shows the family all together at their gender reveal party, and of course Sloane is taking centre stage. Macklemore said: "Tricia is pregnant and today we are going to find out the gender of our child.
He then cut into a blue and pink frosted cake and the inside is... plain white. The singer then holds up a piece of paper showing that he's added an extra date to his gigs, while also saying, "Tricia really is pregnant, though." So cute!
