Britney Spears' first husband Jason Alexander has been charged with stalking after he showed up at the singer's wedding invited last week. Jason was briefly married to the singer back in 2004 but the marriage was annulled after 55 hours. Jason was also charged with trespassing, vandalism and battery, according to Ventura County court records. He is yet to enter a plea and is set to appear in court for arraignment. Britney married long-time boyfriend Sam Asghari on Thursday at their home in California with some famous faces making an appearance on her big day. Speaking about her big day, Britney wrote on Instagram: "I was so nervous all morning but then at 2:00 pm it really hit me … WE’RE GETTING MARRIED !!! "It was the most spectacular day !!! I was so nervous all morning but then at 2:00 pm it really hit me … WE’RE GETTING MARRIED. "The crew who created our home into literally a dream castle were fantastic !!! The ceremony was a dream and the party was even better." Britney and her new husband obtained an emergency protective order in court against Alexander the day after the wedding, according to Britney's lawyer Matthew Rosengart. Alexander managed to get into her home and claimed he was invited by her and told her security that Britney is his "first and only wife". Britney's security tackled him to the ground and police were called. Jason was live streaming on Instagram when he approached the house and was seen in a mostly empty but decorated room when security approached. Officers responding to a trespassing call detained him and he was arrested when they discovered there was a warrant for his arrest in another county, Ventura County Sheriff’s Office said.
