Another added: "Baby on the way?"
A third said: "WAIT WHAT."
The 24 year old model was very quick to shut it down, heading straight to the comments of her husband's picture to clear up any rumours.
Hailey said: "I think u should maybe change this caption to *Dog Mom and Dad* before anyone gets it twisted."
Other fans backed her up, reminding everyone that the pair had recently been spotted in Greece on holiday and the two were seen drinking a few alcoholic looking beverages while abroad, so this wouldn't add up.
The couple have been married (officially) since 2018, but celebrated their wedding in South Carolina in September 2019.
Since then, there has been no sign of any little Biebers joining their family, with Justin confirming it will be whenever Hailey is ready before they have children.
He told Ellen DeGeneres in 2020: "I'm going to have as many as Hailey is wishing to push out.
"I’d love to have myself a little tribe. But, yeah, it's her body and whatever she wants to do."
And when Ellen pushed for a better answer, asking what the hold up was, he was quick shut down the idea of kids any time soon.
