A teenage girl has gone viral after she managed to snap her retainer when Michael B. Jordan appeared shirtless in Black Panther. It all began when her orthodontist shared a post on Tumblr about the slightly embarrassing incident. He wrote:

"One of my patients came in for an emergency visit, because she snapped the wire on her retainer watching the movie when MBJ took his shirt off she clenched her teeth so f--king hard she snapped it. "that is the f--king funniest shit ever to me this tiny 17 year old girl thirsting so goddamn hard she busted steel."

And that's when things really took off. A few days later, Sophia announced that she was 'retainer girl', writing:

"Wait. That girl is me. That is my orthodontist's tumblr. This is a post about me?"

She later added that the orthodontist was the "chillest person I have ever met" - so no harm, no foul, right? Fans began to tag Michael B. Jordan in the comments underneath the tweet, declaring it the "funniest thing" and "today's Internet winner".
