Geri Horner, has a daughter, Bluebell from a previous relationship says she credits yoga with getting her through the pregnancy
She also says she likes indulging "just like any other woman" and she would not be "fanatic" about losing her baby weight.
She took to Instagram and Twitter to announce the birth of her little boy:
'Montague George Hector Horner arrived this morning, a beautiful little brother for Bluebell and Olivia #amazing-day #grateful #monty'
