In this weeks episode of The Kardashians, the 43-year-old revealed she's started a 'Panchakarma cleanse' - a controversial and intense method of trying to rid the body of toxins. As part of the cleanse, Travis and Kourtney need to abstain from sex, caffeine and exercise. And on top of this, Kourtney said she was told by her practitioner that "the thing that would help it was drinking [Travis' semen], like, four times a week".
