Cheryl said conversations she had with her late friend 'really sparked a different perspective' for her that she'll carry with her and sadly confessed that she didn't think Sarah was ready to go when she did.
"She wasn't ready to leave and I think, ‘well I'm still here’ I've got the gift of life to still live, and I'll do it with her in mind. It does shift a lot of things in your own heart."
Sarah's legacy still lives on long after her passing as her doctor, Dr Sacha Howell, who diagnosed her with cancer before she died, wants every woman in the UK to be invited for and undergo a risk screening when they turn 30.
