Apparently, concerns from Timberlake and Farrell's legal teams ‘postponed’ the publication of the book ‘by four months’.
The source told The Sun that "lawyers demanded to see her book in advance and were adamant that some of the revelations were removed. There are still plenty of gobsmacking tales but Justin and Colin were conscious about what could be said about them.
"The legal process meant the publication was held up by four months as discussions went back and forth about what could be included. But that has finally now been settled and her autobiography is all ready to go."
The book is due to be called The Woman In Me, and will be a tell-all about Britney's relationships (with Timberlake, Farrell and her ex-husband Kevin Federline) as well as going into family details about her mother, father and sister Jamie-Lynn. Britney is apparently going to receive about €14 million for the book, which will be published on October 24th this year. The publishers have described it as "a brave and astonishingly moving story about freedom, fame, motherhood, survival, faith and hope".Thankfully, the delays caused by her former flames now seem to be resolved. We're not sure we could cope if the publication date was pulled – we need that conservatorship truth and we need it now.
