The gorgeous Alexandra Cane is being praised for getting super real about her food intolerances.
The former Love Island star posted a snap of herself on Instagram with a swollen stomach.
"So most of you know how open I am about my regular bloating," wrote Alexandra.
"It can be an absolute nightmare when I want to feel my best."
The star went on to explain that she had been tested for food allergies, and explained the process.
"I tried a @yorktestlabs food intolerance test and found I react to gluten, cow’s milk & beef!"
"It’s a simple finger-prick blood test you can do at home. Hopefully this holds some answers to my bloating."
Fans were quick to comment on the snap, praising her for being so candid.
One fan wrote:
