If I'm completely honest I'm not a huge fan of blusher but when I do wear it, I go for No7 Blush tint cream (€11.75). Not only is it easy to apply but it can be used to create subtle or noticeable looks (depending on how I'm feeling and where I'm going) and it doesn't cost too much. What more could you want?!

My favourite blusher is Bourjois Little Round Pot Blush. I literally have not used another blusher. It's got a little sparkle to it and it smells like roses as well! It costs about €9.99.

When it comes to blusher I'm a big advocate of Mac's Pro Longwear Blush (€26) – though a bit on the pricey side it lasts pretty much all day and feels so light on the skin. What's great about it is that though it can dramatically bring out your look, it has such a natural finish that it doesn't look tacky or fake.

Pink is one of my many weaknesses and definitely wins out when choosing a blusher. I love Lancôme Blush Subtil in Rose Paradise (€48), the mirror is perfect for touching up on the go and the colour pay-off is fantastic. For a warm natural glow, you really can't beat NYC ColourWheel. At only €3.49, it's a beauty buy you'll reinvest in time and time again.

Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick is my blusher preference. I love the Rose Petal shade colour block, (€55). The powder creates a soft, rosy glow that works well on neutral skin tones. It is expensive but lasts for months, I think it's definitely worth investing in.
