Honeywell may not be a mainstream name in the world of fans like Dyson or Shark but it is a huge company specialising in aviation and energy.

It means it knows how to engineer a high quality product and the small fan is a powerful but cheap option to keep you cool during a heatwave.

The Honeywell TurboForce Power Fan taps into the company's industrial technology to cut noise and increase power, delivering powerful cooling for €28.98.

The fan is reduced in the Amazon sale and comes with three speed settings and a wall mount.

One review said: "I must say that I'm very impressed with this fan, I haven't bought a turbo fan before now. It's small enough not to take up a lot of space in my room but powerful enough to deliver a nice cooling blast. It's more of a directional fan than one that cools the whole room but that works well for my needs."

The fan is a fraction of the price of the cheapest Shark and Dyson fans in the Amazon sale. The Shark Flexbreeze, which promises to cool up to 20m away from the fan and is a similar size to the Honeywell fan, is priced at €138, so it's a big price difference.
