This is cheaper than the classic Kindle

Shoppers can get their hands on a Kindle for less with this latest discount on Amazon.

The Amazon Kindle Kids device has dropped down from €132.95 to €104.05 in a limited time deal, making it cheaper than the classic Kindle model.

The Kindle and the Kindle Kids is the exact same device, however the Kids variation comes with a protective case and a 2-year worry-free guarantee.

This means that for two years Amazon will replace the device if it breaks, as long as the broken Kindle is returned.

When you first set up the Kids Kindle it'll have a Kids profile, but you can switch it and sync it with your own personal library and remove any restrictions.

The discounted Kindle has received rave reviews from shoppers, with one saying: "The Amazon Kindle for Kids is hands down my best buy of the year! My children absolutely love it. They can take it anywhere - car journeys, holidays, even just out in the garden - and read comfortably without carrying heavy books around.

Earlier this year the Kindle range received rare discounts as part of the Prime Day sale.

The huge online sale saw the standard Kindle drop to £71.24, the Paperwhite version to £118.74, and the Colorsoft Signature edition to £184.99.

Customers will be hoping for more discounts on the popular device - and other Amazon tech favourites - during the Black Friday sales in November.

However there's still a bit of time before Amazon will launch its Black Friday deals, and Amazon is yet to confirm what will be included in the week-long sale.
