It was always kind of inevitable that Carrie Bradshaw herself, Sarah Jessica Parker, was going to design a wedding dress, right? The actress, who played New York's most famous single gal in Sex and the City, has now turned her hand to bridal fashion - with stunning results. The stand-out piece from the range, which she created with brand Gilt, has to be this eye-catching ivory gown. It's a very high-fashion look - the understated top half gives way to a eye-catching 1920s inspired skirt decorated with feathers and glitzy beading. While it's not like either of the wedding dresses Carrie wore in the Sex and the City movie, it feels like a definite nod to the character's style. The actress herself confirmed that she wanted the collection to have a special feel. "The team there is brilliant and allowed me to be imaginative and take risks as I was designing for the nontraditional bride," she told Glamour. "It has been quite fun to play around with colors, fabrics and details to create unique pieces for all kinds of brides." Another look from the collection that's all Carrie is this skirt and bodysuit combo. Again, it's not for the average bride but it definitely reminds us of Carrie's most famous look...
