The perfect Christmas Day ensemble.

We've chatted a lot about Christmas party dresses over the last while, see the current favourite here but now it's time for Christmas Day fashion chat. It only happens once a year and is the ideal opportunity to don your glad rags, particularly if you're a fan of the very festive red and green. With that in mind, we've spotted the perfect dress and it's a bargain for €40 too. This particular Christmas must-have is from River Island and if you want to search for it, have a look at the 'Green Velvet High Neck Bodycon Dress'. The military buttons, the gold detailing, the forest green colour - this is definitely getting me in a festive mood and it's a great option for the 25 December, possibly my favourite day of the entire year. At the moment, River Island has an offer running that gives you 20 percent off when you spend over €100 and that means I'll just have to look for something else to buy. This coat looks seriously cosy and now that the temperatures have dropped considerably, it might be time to invest in a warmer style (predictions say it could be as low as -1 degrees in parts of the country this weekend). This is the Light Brown Borg Longline Coat which is a little expensive but again, factor in the 20 percent off offer and you're making a nice saving. Hurry up though because these bargains won't last too long...
