Ooh, how gorgeous is this?

We've all experienced the feeling of opening your wardrobe to see lots of clothes and yet somehow, absolutely nothing feels 'right'. Which is why we were particularly excited when we came across this €20 Penneys dress - aka: the answer to that problem. At the moment, we're making an effort to buy sensibly and choose pieces that we know will go with items we have already. The military-style shirt dress is one of those pieces we know would be an absolute saviour on nothing to wear days. You could pair it with a pair of ankle boots and a biker-style jacket - or even a khaki-coloured utility-style one. Or a pair of trainers and a big, cosy cardigan. And it definitely looks smart enough that it could take you from desk to drinks, too. Another piece from Penneys that has caught our eye lately is this €35 coat from Penneys - which we're going to be searching every store for this weekend. Normally we would be big advocates for spending a decent bit of money on a good winter coat (if you can). After all, it's something you will wear for most of the colder days and months that makes up at least 70 per cent of your visible outfit. But sometimes, a really affordable retailer brings out a bargain that is just too good to resist - and this latest find from Penneys is no exception. The full-length teddy coat looks so much more expensive than its €35 price tag - and honestly, it will go with just about everything in your wardrobe. Oh, and it comes in three different colours - so there's something to suit everyone's tastes. The taupe would be perfect for someone who is looking for a new, neutral coloured coat - while the blue version would add a little splash of colour. Our favourite of them all, though? It has to be the pink one - which is going straight in our shopping basket this weekend.
