Pretty in Pink It may not be for everyone but a little hint of pink is the easy way to update your wardrobe this season. The pink coat is everywhere, in a variety of shades from bright coral to baby pastel hues to deep cerise pink. If the idea of wearing a pink coat is a little much then try a fluffy knit, stylish and perfect for winter. Best of all, pink can be worn right into the spring and summer seasons so you will get value for your money. Touch of Tartan  Although tartan might evoke memories of school uniforms, it's definitely been modernised this winter. From little dresses with Peter Pan collars and for anyone brave enough, tartan tapered trousers. Worn with black it's a modern, stylish and elegant trend. If you're a little wary of this trend then a cosy tartan scarf is the ideal piece to update your winter wardrobe. Dress, €17 at Penneys. Leather Luxe This is a trend that can be adapted to suit your look whatever you taste. Leather trousers, skirts and dresses are in abundance on the high street so you can choose what works best for you. The idea of a full-on leather look might seem a little intense so leather gloves or a chic clutch are ideal if you want to slowly introduce a stand out fabric into your day-to-day wardrobe.
