It looks like another day, another brand getting in hot water for insensitivity. This time it's New Look with a bizarre night shirt.
A shirt which reads "my heart says donuts but my jeans say juicing" is stirring up quite a storm on Twitter as people feel it is promoting "juicing". A fad diet which in recent years has seen people taking it to extremes by eating no solid food and only drinking juice in a bid for quick-fix weight loss which nutritionists have claimed is both unhealthy and unsustainable.
The nightwear garment which is currently on-sale for €5 has been called a contributor to eating disorders by one user on social media.
New Look have yet to respond and the t-shirt is still for sale.
