On Thursday the fourth annual Dublin Fashion Festival kicked off in style (pun intended!), and across the weekend the fun continues. With a wonderful selection of activities across a four day calendar, we’ve paired up with the team behind DFF to bring you a selection of our favourite events over each day of the festival.

It’s All About the Eyes…

Style-Eyes Installation at Jervis St Shopping Centre

The world runs online now, and it makes shopping easier too!  Take your shopping digital, and check out the official launch of an app to make shopping for fashion easier, faster and cheaper! This event is free and takes place from 11am to 4pm at the Jervis Street Shopping Centre.

Man About Town at Arnotts

Take your other half along to Arnotts for an introduction to the Arnotts AW13 menswear collection, with features ?across men’s fashion, fragrance and grooming. There will be a Samsung ?play table and a Samsung Galaxy S4 giveaway for one lucky shopper too, just in case he needs some convincing! This event is free and takes place in Arnotts, Henry St, from 12pm to 4 pm.

Make it Work

Style Workshops with Brendan Courtney

Stylist and designer Brendan Courtney will host a series of twenty minute style workshops, teaching fashion fans how to dress to impress while on a budget, along with how to recreate celebrity and runway looks. Drop by and get some advice from the experts, at the Jervis Street Shopping Centre, 12.30pm, 2.30pm and 4.30pm. Admission is free.

Forever Young, I Want to be Forever Young…

Forever 21 to the Rescue

Forever 21 one of our favourite high street imports. Now, the Dublin store is launching its personal shopper programme, designed to will help you find the best colour, fit and outfit for your specific needs. The first 50 customers to sign up and use the service will receive a free gift. To entertain you while you pick out the perfect outfit, there will be a one-of-a-kind outfit raffle & photo booth – all while listening to your favorite songs spun by an in-store DJ! This event is free and takes place from 3pm to 7pm in Forever 21, Jervis Street.

DFF by Night Fashion Parades

If you go out on the town tonight, you’re sure of a big surprise! A parade of fashion, style and music will be popping up in locations across the city as part of DFF.  Models and the DFF team will be moving through various bars and venues over the course of the evening staging impromptu fashion shows. These events are free and will take place in various venues around the city from 9pm to 11pm.
