If you're looking for a standout piece that will make your winter wardrobe a little different (aren't we all?) the first drop of Joanne's AW19 collection for Dunnes has hit the rails, and we're loving the introduction of a cúpla focail to the range.
Joanne has produced cute beaded T-shirts that read 'cailín deas' and 'cailín dána'. The good girl comes in white, natch, with the wording appearing in delicate gold beading. Below is a beaded girl, who is rocking some seriously fab hair as well as a lace skirt.
The bad girl, meanwhile, comes in black and simply features the wording - again in intricate beading - with 'cailín' in colours and 'dána' in all black. Someone get one to Billie Eilish stat.
The tees are priced at €45, which is the entry price to Joanne's range. The designer admits that it's a little on the steep side for the high street, but says that if we want to embrace sustainability and support Irish design, we should think about buying less but buying better:
"Buying well and wearing things again and again in various ways is an important direction for society overall. I work hard to try and offer that sensibility in the hope that people will appreciate my designs."The first drop of the Joanne Hynes for Dunnes Stores AW19 collection is available in selected stores and online now.
