Victoria has come a long, long way since her Spice Girl days and that maturity is reflected in her collections, with many in agreement that yesterday's show was her most accomplished yet.
The silhouette is looser and more forgiving on the average female than any of her previous body-con designs, with oversized jackets, wide-leg trousers and pleated skirts and dresses all walking the runway.
The palette was mostly monochrome, with the odd splash of colour in a printed skirt or red dress, and gold chain detailing adorned many of the designs.
Speaking backstage, Victoria said of the collection; “It's all 360 degrees — nothing is flat.”
“You look at a structured coat from the front, and then from the back you see this beautiful pleat. Or you're looking at a dress, and then the whole back is missing.”
Victoria also told journalists that a move to Miami was not on the cards for the family, despite the fact that David is playing there, saying; “We're based in London and that's where the kids go to school.”
Ahead of yesterday's show Victoria shared a picture of a good luck card from her family on Twitter, captioned "Beautiful message from my babies."
