The 67th Cannes Film Festival kicked off on Wednesday and we have been gushing over the looks showcased on the red carpet. A gold star has to go to Blake Lively, her glittering Gucci gown at the Met Gala two weeks ago made fashion headlines. Gucci was also her choice of designer for the opening day of Cannes (no major surprise as she is the face of Gucci Premiére) and this time it was a burgundy showstopper with a thigh slit. Blake continued her winning streak at the second day of the festival, dressing in sparkling Chanel couture and the embellishment and beading on her gown is breath-taking. Zoe Saldana chose a pristine white floor-length Victoria Beckham dress with ruffle detail for day one and opted for Jason Wu on the second day. Nicole Kidman plays Grace Kelly in the upcoming biopic Grace of Monaco which opened at Cannes this year,and she certainly channelled the princess look in a strapless Armani Privé dress that featured several skirt layers and stunning embroidery. Victoria's Secret model Karlie Kloss is stunningly beautiful but her see-through lace dress reminds us far too much of lingerie and it looks as though she left half her outfit at home. Rooney Mara, Naomi Watts, Julianne Moore and Lupita N'yongo attended last night's Calvin Klein party as part of the Cannes celebrations, check out their looks in the gallery below. If money was no object, Team Her would dress in beautiful Elie Saab designs every day for the craftmanship and detail in his designs are second to none. Paz Vega wore a sequinned midi-length from the designer's Spring 2014 collection for the Grace of Monaco premiere and it's certainly a winning look, reminiscent of Grace's ladylike style.
