Last week we saw some amazing designer looks from both the Golden Globes and the Critics' Choice Awards... Saturday night saw yet more star style from the red carpet at the Screen Actor Guild awards. There were plenty of dapper suits and stunning dresses on show from the stars in attendance on the night. Lupita N'yongo, who took home the Best Supporting Actress gong for her role in 12 Years A Slave, wore a stunning turquoise Gucci gown with intricate embellishment detail. After her Ralph Lauren cape-effect dress at the Golden Globes and a pristine white gown at the Critics Choice', Lupita is fast becoming one to watch in the fashion field as well as the movie industry. Sofia Vegara can work a glittering gown like no other as she demonstrated at Saturday night's awards in Donna Karan Atelier, Amy Adams stunned in a blue Antonio Berardi number complete with front slit and Sandra Bullock chose a strapless green Lanvin gown. Cate Blanchett opted for a cream gown, Emilia Clarke continued the metallic theme and Kerry Washington showed off her pregnancy bump in a cropped top and circle skirt. Oprah Winfrey was resplendent in a purple number while Julia Roberts went for a feminine pink gown, a stark contrast to the office like dress she sported at the Golden Globes. With so much fashion to fawn over we are in our element... bring on the Oscars!
