Alice & Blair is taking over! The incredible hairbands everyone is wearing

You've probably noticed that hair accessories have replaced jewellery this season when it comes to giving an outfit a statement finish. And one "it" hairband brand that seems to be on the heads of all the Irish fashionistas is Irish brand, Alice & Blair. Made in the UK by Irish woman, Deirdre O'Flynn. Deirdre started the company in January 2019 when she got inspired by the one and only Blair Waldorf to create a range of unique hairbands. Unlike others, these hairbands are made with premium velvet, silk, gold plated sterling silver and semi precious gemstones including Swarovski crystals and pearls. And she's on to a winner because we keep spotting them everywhere! Just over the weekend, Una Healy was seen wearing an Alice and Blair headband to a wedding alongside new beau, David Breen. Irish PR with a wardrobe we lust after, Hannah Saunders is also a fan often sporting Alice & Blair headbands at weddings and various events. And other fans include Laura Whitmore, Amy Huberman (the list goes on!). Just recently, the girls behind Borrow Boutique teamed up with Alice & Blair for London Fashion Week, showcasing some of their dresses alongside the divine hairbands.
