To wear a veil or not to wear a veil: that is the question.
Or, at the very least, one of the things you need to consider when thinking about what you're going to wear on your wedding day.
When I began to plan my wedding to my fiancé, I was adamant that I didn't want a veil.
They seemed too traditional for what we were planning; like it would be adding too much to my outfit and, most of all, I was nervous that I was somehow going to end up tripping over it.
It just didn't make sense, I thought.
But after finally founding 'the' dress, I was persuaded to try one on - after some not-so-subtle nudging from my mum - and...it wasn't so bad.
I'm not entirely converted to the idea, I'll admit, but the veil brought the outfit together in a different kind of way than I thought it would look.
So, it's an option - but I've still got my eye on a bit of sparkle to wear in my hair on the day.

Dainty and delicate, while still adding a touch of glamour - a hair clip works both on its own or in combination with a veil (if you're unable to totally make up your mind).
A statement headpiece
If you're after a touch of drama in your wedding outfit, then a statement headpiece may be your best bit for the big day.
