A new video released just this week is warning Britons what to do in the case of an imminent terrorist attack.
Following the horrific, mindless attacks on Paris in November, the video released be the National Counter Terrorism Policing Security Office (NCTP) advises anyone caught in an attack to “escape if you can” and to “run, hide, tell”.
The video also suggests that for those who can’t escape, that they should hide, put their mobile phone on silent and stay away from doors or windows in case of gunfire.
The video also warns that police may find it difficult at first to distinguish you from an attacker, so to be careful in your behaviour towards them.
Video:
The video is being released while the current terror threat level in the UK is 'severe', meaning the government believe an attack is 'highly likely'.
