Three people have been killed following a mass shooting at a Halloween party in Los Angeles.
Emergency services were called to a residence at 10.44pm local time in Long Beach, LA.
The Long Beach Fire Department confirmed the deaths of three adult men. Nine more people were injured in the shooting.
"At 10:44 pm, LB firefighters responded to shooting at a residence on the 2700 block of 7th Street," they said on Twitter.
"An MCI was declared with a total of 12 patients. Three confirmed fatalities (adult males), nine patients transported to local area hospitals."
The LA Times reports that witnesses said there was a Halloween party happening in the residence when the shots were fired.
