A Status Orange wind weather warning has been put into place in counties Kerry and Cork. The warning will remain in effect until 8 am after coming into effect at 2 am. Met Eireann has said that conditions will remain stormy for some time, with gusts of more than 110km/h. Following this, two Status Yellow wind warnings will come into effect for the entire country. The UK Met Office has also issued a Yellow warning for counties Antrim, Armagh, Down, Fermanagh, Tyrone, and Derry. This warning will come into effect at 11 am and will remain in place until 8 pm.
