There are a few unexpected changes.

We're less than 48 hours away from Ireland's first game in the Rugby World Cup. The lads in green will take on Scotland on Sunday morning at 8.35am (Irish time.) And the official team to take on the Scots, and hopefully lead us to victory, has been officially announced. Two important players, Rob Kearney and Keith Earls, have been ruled out of the first match due to injury. They have been replaced by Andrew Conway and Jordan Larmour, who have been named to start in Yokohama on Sunday. Speaking about the selection, Irish head coach Joe Schmidt said: "It was just that we were getting very tight for time, the best continuity we had was we felt was to have the guys who trained through the time that we've been here, it's exciting to have the back three that we have." He added: "Up front there were some tight decisions as well. "Whether a player starts or comes off the bench they are very important to us, we need the right people coming off the bench doing the right job."
