Someone in Cork is a millionaire on Monday, following the draw for the Christmas Millionaire Raffle from the National Lottery.
The winning ticket had the number 179740 and was sold at the Topaz Service Station on the Lower Tivoli Road in Cork on New Year's Eve.
There were other prizes too - the runner-up prize of €250,000 goes to the person with the number 435295, sold at American House in Bundoran, County Donegal on the day of the draw on December 31st.
