Donald Trump has signed a new executive order that restricts travel to the US for people from six Muslim-majority countries.
The new ban blocks entry into the US for citizens from six of the seven countries from Trump's original order.
Officials at the Department of Homeland Security and state department announced the news to reporters during a conference call on Monday.
Trump signed the order following the chaos which surrounded the original order at airports around the country which culminated in a federal judge blocking the order.
As with the first order, people from Iran, Somalia, Sudan, Yemen, Syria and Libya will face a 90-day suspension of visa processing.
The revised order specifies that the 90-day ban on people from the six countries does not apply to those who already have valid visas.
According to TIME, Iraq has also been removed from the list upon advice from the State Department and the Pentagon.
