Gardaí have said there was "no foul play" involved in the death of the newborn baby found on a Dublin beach.
The infant's body was discovered just before 10am on Saturday morning on a beach in Balbriggan.
A postmortem has shown that the newborn was a full-term baby girl.
Gardaí have since confirmed that there was no foul play involved in the death of the infant, however they remain concerned for the health of the mother.
They have urged the woman to seek medical treatment, to come forward to Gardaí, or to child and family agency Tusla.
