Lisa Roussos has come off life support to the news that her eight-year-old daughter, Saffie Rose Roussos, was killed in the Manchester terror attack.

Since the bombing on May 22nd, Lisa (48) has had two operations as a result of shrapnel injuries, and she is believed to have regained consciousness in recent days. According to The Independent, a friend of the family, Mike Swanson, shared the news in a Facebook post, explaining that Lisa was awake and "out of danger". He also said that Saffie's sister Ashlee, who was also injured in the blast, is due to be released from the hospital this week. Anti-terror police have amped up investigations in the wake of the horrific attack where Salman Abedi detonated a homemade bomb in the foyer of the Manchester Arena after an Ariana Grande concert. 22 people were killed in the horrific attack, seven of whom were children and it's believed that over 100 people were injured. This Sunday, Ariana Grande will return to the city to play One Love ManchesterJune 4th at Emirates Old Trafford Cricket Ground as a tribute to the people who lost their lives in the devastating atrocity. It's believed that proceeds from the gig will benefit the victims and families affected by the Manchester attack.
