While it will continue to be warm over the eastern half of the country, it will be cooler and fresher elsewhere with highs of 16 to 22 degrees. Following a bright and sunny start to the morning, cloud will build from the south and west on Tuesday morning, with outbreaks of thundery rain in the south and east.
