Storm Doris may have passed by leaving behind some lasting effects on rural Ireland and safe in the knowledge that she caused chaos during her time on our shores.
While she has left us, that doesn't mean the stormy weather is going away anytime soon.
Met Eireann has issued another status yellow wind warning for Donegal, Leitrim, Mayo and Sligo.
The alert runs until 1pm today.
According to Met Éireann, west to northwest winds will reach mean speeds of 50-65km/h with gusts of up to 90-110km/h.
Today will feel bitterly cold due to northwesterly winds with some rain and snow early on. These will gradually change to occasional showers as the day passes.
Highest temperatures will range from 6-8 degrees but due to the winds, it will feel far colder.
The winds will ease overnight paving the way for frost early on. But much of the frost will clear overnight as cloud cover increases bringing some rain with it, especially across Munster.
Break out the hot water bottle, because temperatures tonight look set to dip between 0-2 degrees.
