The warning is in place from Sunday, 23 June 2019 at 06:00 until 18:00 that evening.
As for the counties in Leinster, a status yellow rainfall warning is also in place. However, the 12 counties are expected to see "scattered thundery downpours" that are set to "push northwards later Sunday and for a time on Monday. Rainfall totals of 25-40mm are possible in some areas over a short period. That particular warning is in place from Sunday, 23 June at 18:00 and it will last until Monday, 24 June at 06:00. https://twitter.com/MetEireann/status/1142469155511250945 Looking towards the forecast for the rest of the country tomorrow, Met Éireann said it would be a "damp start" to the day with heavy rain affecting mainly southern counties. The spokesperson added:"Parts of Ulster will start out dry and bright, though. Heavy rain in the south will push slowly northwards over the country during the afternoon and evening, giving rise to spot flooding in places, with a risk of thundery downpours, especially towards evening. "Feeling humid, with highs of 15C to 19C, all in moderate southeasterly breezes."They added that it will start to become "very warm and increasingly humid" next week, with temperatures hitting in the 20s. The Met Éireann spokesperson continued:
"There will be some good spells of sunshine at times, but also some heavy and thundery rain or showers, with sea mist and fog in places too. "Conditions are conducive to the spread of potato blight."
