An Irish teacher has been stabbed to death in France.
The 66-year-old teacher was stabbed repeatedly in the neck outside the Leonard-de-Vinci University in Courbevoie, a suburb northwest of Paris.
RTE reports that the suspect is a former student of the victim who also attended the university.
Following the attack, the suspect was arrested by French authorities and is currently being held.
An investigation is ongoing.
