So, last week we spotted a number of vibrant, rust-coloured street art installations dotted around The Liberties. By scanning the unique QR codes on the artwork, we found these videos:   So, ladies and gents, it turns out that the brand-new Hyatt Centric Hotel is the one behind all that brightly coloured artwork.
