Now it appears that the What Not To Wear star has outed Holly Willoughby's pregnancy by saying "your bump might show quite quick" during today's show. Oops.
Earlier this week, eagle-eyed viewers had already begun to speculate that Holly may be expecting her fourth child, when the presenter refused to eat cheese during a segment of the popular morning show.
