It's going to be a windy one.

Four new weather warnings have been issued in various parts of the country. According to Met Éireann, winds will be strong and they're advising pedestrians and motorists to be cautions. The first status yellow warning has been issued for Kerry and will come into place at midnight on Thursday.

"South to Southeast winds 50 to 65 km/hr gusts 90 to 110 km/hr, strongest on coasts and hills."

This will last until 12pm Thursday afternoon. The next warning is for Wexford, Cork and Waterford. The weather forecaster said:

"South to Southeast winds 50 to 65 km/hr gusts 90 to 110 km/hr, strongest on coasts and hills. Risk of coastal flooding around period of high tides."

The warning has been set for 2am to 2pm tomorrow.

Another warning has been put in place for Donegal, Galway and Mayo from 3am to 8pm tomorrow.

"South to Southeast winds veering Westerly on Thursday afternoon 50 to 65 km/hr gusts 90 to 110 km/hr, strongest on coasts and hills."

While Wicklow will also be the same, with the warning being issued from 6am until 4pm. The weather forecast for the week has revealed that temperatures are also going to take a big drop.

"Thursday will turn much colder overnight with clear spells and some showers. A widespread frost is expected with icy stretches. There is a risk of a spell of rain or sleet developing in southeastern counties for a time. Minimum temperatures -1 to +3 degrees in light southwest or west breezes." "It looks set to be a cold day on Friday with early frost clearing to leave a mix of sunny spells and passing showers. The showers will be frequent in western and northern coastal counties with a risk of hail and thunder. Highest temperatures of 4 to 7 degrees in fresh southwest or westerly breezes. Largely dry overnight with clear spells and a widespread sharp frost. Minimum temperatures of -2 to +2 degrees."
