The weather forecaster said: "Today will be cloudy and dull in most areas. There will be a lot of dry weather but some patchy light rain or drizzle also, especially over Southern parts this morning. Cloud may break locally to give a few bright or short sunny spells in the afternoon. "Top temperatures will range from 6 degrees in the north to 10 degrees in the southwest. Winds will remain light southeasterly, but will freshen a little near Atlantic coasts." And for tonight - if you're out, wrap up: "Little change tonight, mainly cloudy with some mist and drizzle. A few clear spells possible in the East with risk of some patchy frost.
