Calling the move "a huge gamble" Sugar opted for the online marketing guru over 25-year-old's Bianca Miller hosiery idea.
Miller and Wright battled it out with two very strong business plans, however Wright managed to secure the £250,000 investment.
Fired contestants that included Daniel Lassman and Solomon Akhtar returned to the show to assist the finalists.
Lord Sugar's right-hand woman Karren Brady commended Wright's ability to bring out the best in people and make the group work well together.
