Juggling long hours at work, visits to the gym and a jam-packed social life? Find yourself chowing down on cereal instead of a hot dinner after a long day? Or ordering from your local takeaway more than a couple of times a week?
If any of this sounds familiar, and you’re struggling to find time to spend in the kitchen, we might just have the answer to your culinary prayers. Erin’s new Dine-Ins range has been created with busy, time-pressed people in mind and allows you to create mouth-watering meals at home in just 20 minutes. How is this even possible we hear you ask? Stay with us, people..
Each Dine-Ins kit contains two pots; the first is a flavoured concentrated paste with oil & stock to provide your meal with a hearty base, while the second features ground herbs & spices to add incredible flavour. Available in all major supermarkets for €2.99, you can choose from four tasty international dishes - Thai Green Curry, Tikka Masala, Sweet & Sour and Korma. So forget spending hours slaving over a hot stove, and simply stir, sprinkle and serve. Check out a couple of the easy recipes below:
