It’s official – all arguments should be resolved in a dance-off battle.
On Monday afternoon, a police officer broke up two fighting gangs in Washington D.C. While the crowd weren’t fighting, they also weren’t dispersing.
A 17-year old decided to walk up to a second female officer, and started playing “Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae) on her phone, while throwing some serious shapes.
Rather than being irritated, the female officer challenged the teen to a dance-off… resulting in an amazing video that we’re totally trying to recreate ourselves:

The student told the Washington Post:
“I never expected cops to be that cool. There are some good cops.”
As well as being praised as for “her hard work and dedication to policing,” the dance skills even caught the attention of President Barack Obama:
"Who knew community policing could involve the Nae Nae? Great example of police having fun while keeping us safe."
We officially want to be her best friend.
